Vladimir Tomov received an MBA from the University of Mining and Geology and a master’s degree in Financial Management from the University of National and World Economy, Bulgaria. He holds MSc in Computer Engineering and made PhD study in Management Information Systems at the Technical University-Sofia, Bulgaria.

Mr.Tomov has business specializations at the University of Delaware, USA and at the Consorzio Genova Ricerche, Italy. He is Certified Management Consultant (CMC) from the Institute of Management Consultancy, London, UK.

For more than 20 years he has extensive experience as a consultant and project manager of numerous EU and GTZ projects with international scope in the field of SME support, financial institutions and banks, capacity building of NGOs, municipalities and government authorities.

Presently, he is Chairman of EIRC Foundation, Managing Director of INTRAC Ltd.(specialised in investment consultancy) and President of the Investment Council at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
