He has specializations in Industrial Relations and Economic Policy in Detroit and Washington, USA; Project Finance and Banking at Mitsubishi Bank and Bank of Japan; Innovation Management at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis, Vienna, Austria; Managing the Human Factor in Innovation in Nokia and Stromberg, Finland and Globalization, Competitiveness and Planning in Fujian and Beijing, China.
